Myles, Service Tech came to do scheduled service. Always get notice via email before Tech is scheduled to come, always get reminder they'll be here. Always get update when he's on the way and approx time will be here. ALWAYS let's me know he's here, the let's me know what he did, anything he may have found out of the ordinary. Always reminds me they can do interior, but haven't needed it past initial service, likely because of excellent control of pests from exterior. No pests, bugs in house nor garage. Dead bugs seen outside. Proves they know what they're doing. Myles friendliness and positive smiling face is always a welcome sight. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED SERVICE, this company is efficient, reliable and sets/maintains expectations. What more could I ask or need! ~ Laurette G
Patrick is always efficient and observant and polite. He’s competent at what he does and I appreciate that they do not miss appointments. They are very accommodating and they take care of so many things I do not want inside: spiders and bugs and other unwanted creatures. Patrick even knocks down webbing and clears the area of any critters. Clint came out to give a termite estimate at a new property and he also was very friendly and knowledgeable about his company and the things they provide. Trina in the office is through, and helps you to understand everything that you may need to know about provided services. Every person I have talked to there is kind, courteous and has gone above and beyond. They are good people and this is hard to find. I very much appreciate them. 10 out of 10 would recommend. ~ K
This was our first experience working with Pure Pest. Our technician was Kevin. My wife and I cannot begin to tell you how impressed we were with him. He was extremely personable and friendly. He is an "old timer" who genuinely cares about his clients. He really knows his stuff and helped us to understand the best ways to control our ant problem. I only wish more people were like Kevin. It would be a lot better world. My wife and I are looking forward to a long association with Pure Pest largely due to our first experience with Kevin who so well represented his company.
