We've received consistently great service from Pure Pest. They initially came out 2 years ago to get rid of bats in our chimney. They responded to my phone call immediately and scheduled an appointment right away. We found them to be knowedgable, thorough, and they got the job done--no more bats! We are now getting regular pest treatments after some mice and a roof rat in our attic (yuck!). Again, no more signs of them. Most recently, Nathan was here, and he was friendly, thorough and in and out quickly. I mentioned to him during a regular treatment that we had been seeing crickets in our basement and garage, and they are gone now. Yay. We continue to be very pleased with the great service from Pure Pest. ~ Monica M

Patrick is always efficient and observant and polite. He’s competent at what he does and I appreciate that they do not miss appointments. They are very accommodating and they take care of so many things I do not want inside: spiders and bugs and other unwanted creatures. Patrick even knocks down webbing and clears the area of any critters. Clint came out to give a termite estimate at a new property and he also was very friendly and knowledgeable about his company and the things they provide. Trina in the office is through, and helps you to understand everything that you may need to know about provided services. Every person I have talked to there is kind, courteous and has gone above and beyond. They are good people and this is hard to find. I very much appreciate them. 10 out of 10 would recommend. ~ K

This was our first experience working with Pure Pest. Our technician was Kevin. My wife and I cannot begin to tell you how impressed we were with him. He was extremely personable and friendly. He is an "old timer" who genuinely cares about his clients. He really knows his stuff and helped us to understand the best ways to control our ant problem. I only wish more people were like Kevin. It would be a lot better world. My wife and I are looking forward to a long association with Pure Pest largely due to our first experience with Kevin who so well represented his company. One of the best businesses in St Louis. They have been amazing from the beginning. Abby is a master with scheduling and accommodating in helping me every time I call. I can't say enough good things about Clint! So friendly, kind, knowledgeable and above all a very good listener to accommodate my concerns for my dog and I. It was a love at first sight for Noah and Clint as well, and we are always happy to see him when he comes. Today we had Tenner who provided the service and it was absolutely wonderful. He was very attentive, helpful and kind. And afcourse he had a paw approved by Noah. I can't not say enough good things about the company and there service!!! It is truly the best!!! Happened to chat with a field technician(Miles) who was at my neighbors house wrapping up an appointment. He was nice enough to give me some insight on what options Pure Pest could offer regarding a vole/mole situation I was dealing with in my yard. I then went inside and called the main office(super nice lady who helped with the intake call) and she was able to send someone over the same day to take a look at the situation. Todd showed up an hour before my appointment (which never happens in todays world) and walked me through options and pricing and did a full walk through of the yard to see if there were any other issues I was maybe not aware of. Traps were put out that same afternoon. I rarely write reviews but I must say based on my experience with them so far I have to give them a 10/10 for overall customer experience. We have used this company (formerly Antimite) for many years at our personal home (in a residential neighborhood), a rental property (in the country), and our commercial place of business. ...very 3 different scenarios of properties. We have used them for quarterly pest control of generally bugs and also mice. They have provided consistent quality and service.... from Anne who does the scheduling of all the quarterly appointments, to Charles who does an outstanding and thorough job of the pest control at each of these locations. We can't say enough good things about the previous operations under Antimite and the new operations under Pure Pest. ~ C H

I had the privilege of meeting both Todd and Tanner, I say this because they were just genuine great people, who delivered a great service. I woke up freaking out with bed bugs from a recent travel, they took my call outside of business hours, had someone here the next day to inspect (Todd) and he explained any questions I had, and gave it to me straight on pricing. Again just an all around great guy. The very next day they were able to get Tanner out here. A young gentleman who holds himself very professionally and is also extremely knowledgeable … seems to be a theme for this company. Again… nothing but great things to say about him. Ultimately if you want something done right, just come to pure pest… 30 day guarantee, double treatment, and just great people. 10/10 will use again but… hopefully not for a while cause I’m not a big fan of bugs 🤙 ~ Jordan B

I called Pure Pests from a referral. We had squirrels in our attic/in the soffit. Pure pest was quick with sending out someone to match my schedule, and the field guy was very professional. I showed him the issues and told him I hadn’t heard the squirrels for a few days. After a bit of looking around, we found 2 dead squirrels in my backyard. He told me to listen for a few days, but it’s possible that the mom moved on. He explained the process they would do if the squirrels were to Come back, and didn’t charge me for the visit! I want give a HUGE shout out to Clint with Pure Pest! Not only did he come out to our home in a timely and professional manner, he was kind hearted and very thorough with his job. Even going the extra mile in the basement to make sure every nook and cranny was sprayed to help combat spiders and other insects. Then he went WAY ABOVE the call of duty and came back out a couple days later and took care of a Yellowjacket nest that had burrowed underground rather quickly because he did want my two young daughters to be stung. He is a stand up guy and you are lucky if he is assigned to you. He will treat you like family and that is a value that can’t be taught. ~ Kris F

We have used Pure Pest several times now...once for a squirrel in a wall, once for bugs in a shower (Clint helped diagnose a leaky drain that help us find a mold problem we didn't know about--SO THANKFUL!...the leak was attracting the bugs), and now for a yellow jacket nest I inadvertently almost stuck my shovel into...The office staff was kind, helpful, and got us fast appointments. Knowing they offer someone to come out for a free consult is also a lifesaver. They are experienced and much more helpful than my research attempts! I don't recall the first person who came out (he was good, too!), but Clint helped us the past two times and did an amazing job. He was very knowledgeable, had good practical ideas we could do and offered good removal options. We will definitely call again if we have any problems and recommend them to others..thankful to know a company that really can take care of any awful pest we encounter!!! ~ Rachel D

Abby took our call when we reached out to take care of some ants we had coming into our home. She set up an appointment very quickly so we could get the problem taken care of. She was very kind and pleasant to communicate with. Clint came out for an initial visit. He was efficient, explained the process thoroughly and was very professional. Tyler came out 2 days later for our first treatment and took care of us. He explained everything he was doing and made us feel taken care of. When I called I had to cancel my original appointment, the gentleman Clint offered to wait an hr for us to get home, I decided I didn't want to make him wait that long so he said that Greg could come the following day. Greg came and did a great job. He also explained what I needed to do in the future to keep the fruit flies away.I had them for weeks and within 2 days they were completely gone. I would recommend this company and will be using in the future. I have used other companies in the past that do not compare to this company. Very professional and very nice. Chuck goes above and beyond. He has helped me over the past few months with so many things- today he came and did a routine exterior spray and a few hours later I opened a window in my living room to find hundreds of ants. I called and he went out of his way to come back by just 20 minutes later to treat the window and gave me instruction on what to keep an eye out for in the next two weeks. I just so appreciate his willingness to come back by as I'm sure it extended his usual work day. Couldn’t ask for better service and a guy with a better attitude! Not many people would show up with a smile to help someone out last minute. ~ Katie R

Jake, Nathan, and Patrick have all been excellent to work with. We were dealing with squirrels getting into our soffits. They came out very quickly, were able to remove the squirrels, kept them from getting into our attic, and then sealed up all entry/exit points. On top of that, we decided to use them for our overall pest maintenance program moving forward because of how easy to work with they are and their pricing is competitive. A simple text or phone call and they are usually out to deal with the issue as soon as possible. So far, I've been impressed with PurePest and will continue to use their services. I have used Pure Pest company at my last house to rid termites that I thought were isolated to the exterior rail ties around my planter. To my surprise, Jake R informed me that I had tunnels inside my garage full of termites that had been eating away at the studs in my walls behind the drywall! If it was not for Jake being so proficient in his line of work, who knows how much more damage could have been done! I was so thankful for his attention to detail that when I purchased my new home I had him come out to do a treatment for spiders before we moved in and set up the annual treatment program that they offer. While there he once again went above and beyond informing me of things to look for, areas to seal up, and even checked for signs of mice and other rodents. I'm a customer for life! I have only had Jake come to my properties but I'm sure everyone in this company holds the same high standards. ~ richard t

I have used Apple Exterminating for at least 25 years or more. I was totally surprised to find out the company was now Pure Pest. Called for my annual termite inspection and was happy to know Kevin Was scheduled for the appointment. Kevin has been to my home many times through the years. I was happy to know that with a new company someone I knew was coming for the inspection. Kevin has always been very friendly and respectful of my home when he comes. We are using Pure Pest and Lawn for a brown recluse infestation. Clint was absolutely amazing. He walked through the house and had many great recommendations. He showed me what older vs newer webs looked like, explained the breeding habits of the spiders, and detailed how they could immediately cut down the spider population by up to 80 PERCENT in one treatment. We signed up for the monthly plan because it is much cheaper than multiple single visits, and they do a free termite inspection in the winter. We have both small children and cats, and I can’t wait for these spiders to be gone. ~ Janel R

We have been with this company for years and it is one of the best run companies we employ for our house. Their service professionals are SO NICE and friendly (Erik has been our specialist for a while), and they are incredibly prompt. We have a large yard and they are always so quick to respond. When we call for any problem they send someone out immediately . For example over the Summer, we had a yellow jacket nest in our yard that the neighbors wanted destroyed and Pure Pest sent someone out immediately and took care of it. We are new customers of Pure Pest, and so far so good. We are living in a wooded area and thought it would be a good idea to be proactive. Everyone has been helpful, informative and extremely prompt with calls and scheduling. Tanner paid us a visit a week ago to address an issue and was friendly, professional and respectful of our home. He has a strong work ethic and I felt comfortable having him in our home. Update (as of July 2026) we have been extremely happy with Pure Pest. We had a squirrel in our attic that would come and go. After a good inspection of the attic, Clint from Pure Pest was able to determine where he thought the squirrel was coming in through (broken screens under fascia) and patch them. He was professional and gave his opinion on ways to go about our squirrel problem. I agreed with him that patching was probably all we needed and that a trap which could be placed was probably not necessary. Fingers crossed we will not hear more scratching in our ceiling! I recommend using this company for any squirrel related issues! ~ Annie

Todd was great! He initially came out to for carpenter bees. 9 years I have fought these and they are gone for the first time. While he was here he said he could repair sparrow holes in my stucco. He filled the holes and PAINTED! You can't tell where the holes were. I paid a stucco company twice as much and the job isn't nearly as neat and clean as Todd's. You can't even tell where they were. If that wasn't enough to be impressed by, he actually fixed the yucky job I did trying to fix a hole myself. Thank you so much Todd!! We saw Todd working at our neighbors & asked him to come over when he finished. We had just discovered a hole in the siding and heard scratching from it. So he explained everything to us and I wanted to sign up. So he asked me to call the office and let them know that he could be back here to put mouse boxes out about 2:45. So I did that. He came back and I called the office and talked to Abby. She saw my name and asked if I used to live on Corregidor. We were neighbors when she was a little girl.
